HOW TO REPORT AN UNDESIRED EFFECT WITH LFM’S MEDICAL PRODUCTS:

Pharmacovigilance is the science related to the collection, identification, evaluation, monitoring and prevention of adverse reactions or any other drug-related safety problem.

The goal of pharmacovigilance is to improve patient safety in relation to the use of medicines and to support the health authorities in assessing the benefit-risk profile of medicines.

Patients, prescribers and healthcare professionals can report adverse reactions that have occurred by completing the Suspected Adverse Reaction Report Form and sending it to the Pharmacovigilance Manager of their home facility via e-mail or fax, as reported on the italian AIFA website

www.aifa.gov.it/content/segnalazioni-reazioni-avverse

Citizens can also report an adverse reaction through the VigiFarmaco tool activated to report spontaneous adverse events

https://www.vigifarmaco.it/

Laboratorio Farmacologico Milanese undertakes to collect, process and evaluate all safety information relating to the risk / benefit profile of its medicines. European pharmacovigilance legislation requires all healthcare professionals and citizens to report any suspected adverse reactions.
