In 2014 LFM adopted the Lean philosophy in order to minimise wastes and optimise productive processes, together with the working flows of every partner in order to value their skills. With the help of the Lean Institute, LFM has retraced and analysed its working flows in order to identify the sources of waste; it has implemented activities of monitoring, collection and evaluation of data through the add of performance indicators (KPI).

Using the Lean and his systematic optimising process, LFM aims to streamline  its activities in order to be competitive and innovative and to satisfy clients present and future’s expectations.
